Messy Munchers Social Group
Supporting food exploration and social confidence — all in one fun-filled session!
Is your child hesitant to try new foods? Do they find social play with others challenging? Our Messy Munchers Social Group is here to support both in a fun, relaxed, and engaging environment during the school holidays!
Designed by our experienced Speech Pathologists, this small-group program helps children explore new foods while also building social confidence — all through play-based, sensory-rich experiences.
What is Messy Munchers?
Messy Munchers introduces children to five new foods in every session — from fruits and veggies to proteins — with a focus on exploring the look, feel, smell, and taste of each item. No pressure, no battles — just curiosity, creativity, and lots of mess (the good kind!).
After the food fun, children enjoy guided social play, giving them the chance to practice turn-taking, sharing, and interacting with peers in a safe, supportive space.
