Kick Buddies – Inclusive AFL Program for Kids with Disabilities
Kick Buddies is an AFL-inspired program developed by our Occupational Therapist, Rubi, and experienced AFL coach, Tommy, specifically designed to support children with disabilities in accessing inclusive, therapeutic physical activity.
For many children with disabilities, participating in sport goes far beyond fitness — it helps build confidence, strengthen emotional wellbeing, develop important social skills, and create meaningful friendships. Kick Buddies offers a safe, fun, and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to grow, connect, and thrive.
