Ashleigh See

Ashleigh is currently on maternity leave and will be returning to work in 2026.

Ashleigh is a dedicated Speech Pathologist with a deep passion for supporting young children with disabilities and their families. With extensive experience in community settings, kindergartens, specialty programs, and private practice, she plays a key role in guiding children through important stages of their communication development. Ashleigh is especially passionate about early intervention, understanding the vital role of starting therapy early to ensure the best outcomes.

She believes that advocating for a child’s needs comes first and strives to build strong, positive connections with both the child and their support network. Ashleigh ensures that all therapy is individualised and evidence-based, carefully administering the most effective approaches for each child’s unique needs.

Ashleigh completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Southern Cross University. Her journey into speech pathology began during her Year 10 work experience, where she was introduced to the field. This experience led to a role as a therapy assistant, where she supported a child for four hours a week, fueling her passion to pursue a career in speech pathology right after finishing school.

When she’s not working, Ashleigh enjoys spending time outdoors, often at the beach with her furry friends, Lola and Bambi.
